• We work closely with you to ensure that your content is highly relevant to your audience - clearly explaining your products and services, answering your customers' questions, providing solutions, and effectively communicating your message.
• We build your website's structure in a way that supports future updates, making changes easy to implement and cost-effective over time.
• Your website will be structured and coded to be search engine friendly and to display well across a wide range of devices.

The Web Design Process

• Free Initial meeting
  We'll discuss the look you're after, your domain/URL, branding, colours, site functionality, content, and budget — your complete wish list.
• Estimate provided
  You'll receive a detailed estimate so you know all costs upfront. Payment plans are available.
• Design approval
  We'll provide one or more design sketches, along with the proposed layout and functionality. We'll refine the design with your feedback to achieve your desired look.

• Home page and site functionality approval
  We'll design and build the homepage (and at least one subpage) and upload it to a private testing url so you can view it online and test-drive the user experience.
• Site construction
  The full site is constructed and made available for you to review via the testing link.
• Final editing and testing
  We'll complete final changes, corrections, and layout tweaks. All functionality is tested across devices.
• Your website goes live
  After your final approval of the copy and layout, your website will be made live at your domain.

Logos / Redesigns / Layouts

• Need a logo? Let us know your colours and design preferences and we can come up with some options for you.
• Have an existing website or page that needs a refresh or redesign? We can redesign pages and create new layouts based on your goals and requirements. Sketches can be provided in Photoshop or HTML.

Social Media / Blogs

Social media is often closely linked with your site. We'll make sure your site connects clearly to your social media profiles and/or blog — as prominently as you'd like. We're also happy to work with your existing platforms if they've already been set-up. Our services include:

• Social media set-up across a range of platforms (branding, imagery and copy), including ongoing posts if required.
• Blog set-up and design, including ongoing posts.
• Help with content planning, scheduling, and strategy – or we can simply upload the copy and images you provide.
• Advice on responding to comments and managing reviews.
